By accessing and using QRcodeGenerate.io (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description & Free Tier
The Service provides static and dynamic QR Code generation tools allowing users to encode data into 2-dimensional matrix codes. Standard static QR codes (PNG up to 512px) are free for personal and commercial use without expiration.
3. Paid Subscriptions, Pricing & Refund Policy
In addition to our free utility, we offer an optional Pro QR Code Subscription that unlocks unlimited dynamic links, real-time scan analytics, custom logo branding, and print-ready high-resolution exports (Vector SVG, PDF, and 4K Ultra-HD PNG).
Published Pricing Plans:
- 12 Months Plan (Best Value): 200 MAD /month ($19.00 USD / €18.00 EUR per month), billed annually at 2,400 MAD ($228 USD / €216 EUR). Includes a 7-day free trial.
- 6 Months Plan: 315 MAD /month ($29.00 USD / €28.00 EUR per month), billed semi-annually at 1,890 MAD ($174 USD / €168 EUR).
- 3 Months Plan: 420 MAD /month ($39.00 USD / €38.00 EUR per month), billed quarterly at 1,260 MAD ($117 USD / €114 EUR).

7-Day Free Trial & Cancellation:
Users may explore Pro features under a 7-day free trial period without commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases if you are not completely satisfied with our service. To request a refund, simply email our customer support team within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service maliciously. Specifically, you may not use our Dynamic Links to cloak URLs leading to malware, phishing sites, or any content strictly violating international cybersecurity law. The provider retains the right to terminate accounts violating these rules without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service ensures reasonable uptime and security standards. Always verify QR output and barcode scan readability prior to large-scale print runs.
